Morgan starred in an informational film Safe Sex for Men and Women about AIDS prevention and education. The proceeds was donated to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She also serves on the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan was the primary driver behind many fund-raising campaigns for the disease. She also addressed a Congressional special committee that focused on AIDS education. She is a member of the Board of Governors of APLA along with Amfar. The organization has asked her to fill in for the Surgeon General who was formerly C. Everett Koop at related events involving AIDS.
